So yeah, I might have done all those dead lifts but this morning is bad. My ass, hamstrings, and lower back are so sore. My lower back is wrecked. I am going to have to go and get some icyhot at lunch. It isn't
injured
, it is just really really sore and tight. Yeah. Thats what I get for getting 100% awesome on a Sunday. At the same time though, it was totally worth it. I don't know what I'm going to do today. My lower back is so sore I might have to lay off of it.
