Fields of Fire

Yesterday (with a vistor, Kris)

1 warm up lap

1 lap w/ 10 burpees, 20 push ups, 10,8,6,4,2 crunch twists, 5 pull ups

then 60 yard horses (suicides), 35 yards komodo walks, 35 yards duck walks

then SPRINT entire last lap. that made me not happy.

today is Providence time.

should have asked before, what are horses (suicides)?

horses or suicides are what you used to run in gym...

run out x feet/yard, drop and touch a line run back to beginning spot touch line then run out again to next point farther out than first one, drop and touch, run back to beginning drop and touch then run out farther than you did before then back to beginning etc....
all the running should be done at max-effort, full out sprinting.

I don't remember ever doing those in gym. I know what you mean now. And we've called them suicides. We did it in martial arts once as a relay race. My feet will be scared for ever. (slid on the carpet, tore all the skin off in 2 spots).
