went on a 2 hour bike ride all over town. I love riding around town late at nite- especially on a Sunday or early in the week when no one is out. Makes me feel like the city is mine. It was a good ride, on way home I rode my ass off. Passed out when I got home.

Hey Anthony! Thanks for the recommendations. I did snatches again today and really didn't bang my wrist so I must be doing something right. I do better with my left hand than i do my right, which is weird considering i'm a righty, you'd thing it'd be opposite. Well I just thought i'd reply back to ya.
