Friday, quick decisions....

I did 5 rounds of this...

I was a little surprised when I watched the video becuase I thought while I was doing the swings kind of slow but watching the video, I'd say I'm moving at a good pace. I didn't start feeling this until the 4th round. I was taking 60 second breaks between rounds. Except the 4th and 5th. I probablly took about 120 seconds on that one. I REALLY tried to focus on my form, especially on the squats.

Goodness sakes -- what weight of kettlebell are you using? You are one strong man, Anthony!

aww shucks. thanks. but that's my baby-bell- the 20KG so about 44lbs. that's the weight I can really work with and use well. when I jump up to the 24KG, that's when things get sticky for me.

I love how your dog is your audience! Mine does the same thing! I laugh when i'm doing downward dog (go figure) and he wants to lay underneath me...he loves my yoga mat...makes me kinda nervous when i'm doin' swings, though! If he could train with kettlebells, he'd be awesome at 'em! He's a buff little thing!

sarah-
my big dog is usually the nosey one who just begs to get hit while im swinging bells. hes a monster of a dog but i think getting hit in the face w/ a 24KG bell would finally be the thing that stung him.
i'll post some pics of the monsters so you can get the idea.
the big one has a 27.5" neck- yes you read that correctly. he weights about 98-102 depending.

That's a great combo. I noticed your dog wasn't impressed, he kept watching the tv.
