I found KB's 3 years ago and got pretty hooked. A while back it got out of control and now fitness is taking over my life. I'm pretty ok with that. Aside from the Bells I also have a love affair with body weight exercises, tire flipping, sledgehammers, sand bags, weighted vests and all other things that will work on breaking my hymen and making me into some assemblence of a fit person. People ask me what I'm training for when they see me at the park in front of my house, I like to reply "... for life." That should about sum it up.
