yep yep. fuck the world. so instead of doing dumb shit- i run sprints.
6 rounds, 1 min break in between
65 yard sprints/10 20KG snatches, 10 yard walk
65 yard sprints/10 20 KG snatches
round 5 there was no sprinting, fast jogging. round 6 i dug deep and, while not a sprint like round 1, it was definitely a faster jogging.
