Happy about SOMETHING

Got serious.

4 rounds of

2R/L Bent Press w/ 24KG
5R/L RR w/ 24KG
10 front squat w/ 24KG
3 full body attack with double 24Kgs

I am excited I could do the double 24KG full body attacks. I cut about 3 pounds from not really drinking as of late. I am down to 148lbs. At that weight, the 24KG full body attack has me moving 72% of my body weight. I can be happy with that.

I finally got around to trying your burpee challenge last night. I started with 100 Jumping Jacks, and ROM. Then did the burpee count down set with swings (2 handed at 32kg) in 17:32s last night.

My legs hurt today. But I feel good.

Now I just have to get faster, over all.

Been looking for another double kb workout. What is a fullbody attack? BTW, if you're into the double kb workouts, check out Dave Whitley's peripheral heart action workout with kettlebells. Took some liberties by substituting some movements.

3 rounds x 5 reps; little to no rest: windmill (5 R/L), rr, double front squat, snatch (10 R/L), double kb swings followed by 3 rounds x 5 reps; double C&J, bent row, military press, figure 8 to hold, double kb swings
