Yesterday

I took off. Slept. Its been an emotionally wrecking week helping my mom move. Yay.

Today I will be getting serious on something- still cant really have a bell onmy wrist so I'm thinking pull ups, push ups, and SPRINTS.

Can do what I'm doing this weekend. I forgot my bells, and will not have time after work to go home and get them. (I'll be racing a clock to a wedding, I'll probably miss the wedding, but hit the reception).

So burpees, towel workout (ala MOS 45), push-ups, jump lunges, and some martial arts.

Oh yeah, are you still doing the Martial Arts by you, was it Kav or Thai?
