I just realized that I cannot get serious on either Newport or SL's today b/c I got tattooed on my arm Saturday, all around my forearm and wrist. Can't have bells sitting on that part of my body right now so I'm thinking either p90X or a serious lower body workout with the bells- some squats (front and behind the back) some KB burpees+dead lifts, some box jumps, and some sprints and finish off with an assortment of planks. Decided, done.

Did you get the full P90X workout? How much did it cost?
I saw an infomercial like think for it Sunday, and was intrigued. Although my girlfriend said if I get ripped like that, I'd be running single again.
You get any more tattoo's you're gonna die of ink poisoning. :))
