did p90X core synergistics work out today for the first time.
was it challenging- yes
did it work my core- yes, i think i can already feel it some.
did i like it better than grabbing bells and doing a circuit workout of TGU's, renegade rows, btwn leg pass/fig8 to holds, and russian twists? - NO.
will i do it again? probably. we'll see how i feel tomorrow and friday from it.
side note- i am FUCKING SORE from Mon and yesterday. My ass and back are superbly tight.
tomorrow is 4 days in a row- suck it trebeck!

I know what you mean by feeling tight though. I've been sore and stiff for the last several days. Since Saturday. I don't remember working out hard between Saturday and today, but both biceps, my back, ribs and abs are sore.
Its been hard to get out of bed in the morning too.
