ETK heavy style W1D4

Did ETK program min again yesterday afternoon.

Got 1 more round of swings in this time using the 32KG.

Gonna keep at it. Felt strong, that makes me happy.

nice, that's getting really heavy. i just started a version of ETK this week. i'm using the VWC for my swing days. been brutal so far.
