Short and Sweet

Quick and fast I did 2 sets, 3 rounds of each set.

Set A
3x full body attack w/ two 24KG
3R/3L get-up sit ups w/ 20KG (i used to be good at these and I;m not anymore, I've got to work on this)

Set B
10 swings w/ 24KG
5R/5L RR w/ 24Kgs

Then I took dogs on a 1 mile run.

Felt good. I am super sore from SiM workout on Monday. I might do SiM again today or I might do a leg day, havent made up my mind yet.

HELL YES! Nice to officially meet you...you're the guy in the pirate costume on the AOS boards! :) I'm in Baton Rouge, so Houston's 4 hours away...I feel like i'm the only kettlebell nut here...I know there have to be others, BUT...i'll give you a shout when I know i'll be headed your way! Would love to try and tame the tire!
