I wanted to know how you recieved the ENT workbook? I recently bought the H2H circuits from jeff martone, looking to build a base before tackling ab=nything more technical and taxing. I have looked at the mahler aggressive strength system and AOS newport, but wanted to know what you thought about these three systems? Thanks, Kristian.
